James starts the process rolling with advertising, along with insuring the home or condo is ready to be placed on the market. James also runs credit reports and helps finding the right renter to match the property. Once this is completed the Owner takes over the process saving money as needed. 20 years in United States Air Force serving in United States, Vietnam, and Europe. Retired 1982

Center Director for Emery Riddle Aeronautical University in the United Kingdom.

In 1995, started working as a Propery Manager learning the skills and taking courses continually.
In 1999, became a license Broker in State of Florida and opened our own Brokerage.
In 2018, opened a new Brokerage in Niceville, Florida in the unicorporated area in Bluewater Bay serving the area.
